15-Minute Full-Body Workout at Home – No Equipment Needed!

Current global speed has proven challenging when we try to find time for visiting the gym. A complete body workout requiring only 15 minutes without the need to visit the gym can be achieved at home. No fancy equipment, no excuses! While keeping the workout short, it offers increased flexibility, strength development, and calorie savings.

Why Work Out for Only 15 Minutes?

·        Rapid calorie burning: High-intensity exercises raise your heart rate.

·        You only need your body weight: No special equipment is require.

·        Increases consistency: It's simpler to stick to short exercises.


 

Your 15-Minute Home Workout Routine

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. Complete 3 rounds.

1.     Jump Squats (Legs & Glutes)

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.

  • Lower into a squat, then jump explosively.

  • Land softly and repeat.

Benefits: Strengthens legs & burns calories fast!


2.     Push-Ups (Chest & Arms)

  • Keep your hands shoulder-width apart, and keep your body in a straight line.

  • Lower chest to the floor, then push back up.

  • Modify by dropping to your knees if needed.

3.     Mountain Climbers (Core & Cardio)

  • Start in a high plank.

  • Drive knees toward your chest alternately at a fast pace.

Benefits: Engages core & improves endurance.


4.     Plank to Shoulder Tap (Core & Stability)

  • Hold a plank and tap one shoulder at a time with the opposite hand.

Benefits: Strengthens abs & improves balance.


5.     High Knees (Full Body & Cardio)

  • Run in place, bringing your knees up to hip level.

Benefits: Increases heart rate & burns fat.


Cool Down (2 Minutes)

After your workout, stretch to relax your muscles:

·        Hamstring stretch

·        Shoulder stretch

·        Deep breathing
